I will start by saying I am a novice reqarding dryer repair.:) I have a Kenmore Elite dryer with an Auto Moisture Sensor. The sensor turns the dryer off without the clothese being dried. The machine gets hot and the clothes dry fine by using the timer on the dryer instead. My model # 110.66992500 Where should I begin to try and resolve the problem. Thanks for your help. :D

Most likely the problem is a clogged vent outside the dryer and/or the air ducts and the blower inside.

Disconnect the vent hose from the dryer and run couple loads without the vent hose.

Post the results, please.

Gene.
