The washer is overflowing and the water is still running. I replaced the water level switch and hose exactly as your video showed me. The water is still overflowing. What is the next step?

Start the washer and allow it to fill for a few seconds, then unplug the power cord from the wall outlet, if the water continues to flow in, or is slow to react, then replace the it. If it stops as soon as it's unplugged, re check the wiring to the water level switch, and the air dome tube for kinks, twists or holes. Good Luck, :) :) :)
