I need to replace the inner glass in the bottom oven door. I have the glass, but not sure how to remove the door. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When you open the oven door, both hinges have a keeper that needs to be opened up so it keeps the tension on the spring so the door can be removed. Once the door is out, lay it on its face and remove the two screws on top and the two on the bottom holding the glass clips in place. This will separate the outer glass panel from the rest of the door. Then just pull whichever screws you need to replace the appropriate glass pane.
