I have talked to a couple of online techs and the only thing they can tell me is that "there part will work" but can not tell me if it will give me delayed start and what not...

If the dishwashers that have them option use the same control board as what you have in your dishwasher now, then I would guess you would be able to access them option with the new control panel. Now how do we know what models have them options and if they have the same control board as your model? I have no idea. ;)
