Here are the symtoms:
No heat
Timer advances normally on air fluff, but when heat is required, the timer doesn't advance
Gas supply is good
Dryer tumbles, and blows strong exaust
Lint trap clean
Periodically there is a slight buzzing sound coming from the back, like loose sheet metal rattling

I suspect the igniter is the the cause for no heat, but the timer issue confuses me, also the rattling sound.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

It turned out to be a stupid little sensor connected to the ignitor. I had to take the whole front of the dryer off to get to it! NO ACCESS PANEL!!! Anyway, it was just a few bucks and BE CAREFUL NOT TO BREAK THE DOOR SWITCH when reassembling the dryer!
