I need help locating the drain and suggestions on the best way to unclog it. Water is dripping into the bottom of the refrigerator compartment and I found a lot of ice buildup under the floor of the freezer compartment. A picture of what I'm looking for would be most helpful.
Thanks, Lee Chapman

Part 7 on diagram 6 is the heat shield drain pan combination. It's under the evaporator behind the back panel in the freezer.

Forcing bleach/water under pressure through it with a turkey baster usually clears it out and prevents mold etc. from stopping it up again.
