I have removed the drip tray and tried to unscrew the screws to gain access. Two of the screws are rusted and will not move. How can I go further with the repair? I also will need instructions on how to replace the part once I get inside.

You may want to give Liquid Wrench a try.
Put some on the screws, let it sit for an hour or so then add some more. Sometimes it will take overnight to loosen up the rust. |
