For the third time in 5 years, we are having to replace the control panel for the range. The first time it was under warranty, the 2nd time we paid over $250 for parts anfd labor. To go thru this again so soon is ridiculous.

Hi Doug,

That really stinks that you have had so much trouble with it.
What happens when the control panel goes out?

When the control panel is out, we have no way of setting the temp of the oven, the timers, the clock time, etc....as the number buttons are on the right side, which is out. Fortunately, Jenne -Aire has agreed to pay for parts,:) as there have been a number of these complaints against them. This is the 3rd panel for us in less than 5 years!
