evap freezing as soon I turn frig on, fans working cleaned coils changed bi-metal def. and checked heater it is working any help would be appreciated.

That is normal. Your evaporator coils frost up in normal use and every eight hours or so the entire unit shuts down and the defrost heater comes on to melt the frost. This cycle last about 20 minutes. If your unit does not defrost and the defrost thermostat and heater are good, you need to replace the the control board. Part 6 on diagram 3. Hi thank you for the reply the concern is in just a few hours ice builds up near evap fan \and the blade hit it and causes noise also ice cubes are sticking together and there is condensation on the inside of the frig.

You seem to have excess moisture in the freezer which will freeze on any surface. The moisture can come from leaky door gaskets on freezer or fridge , frequent opening of the doors or cracked liner.
