I bought a house that has a SS Kitchenaid Oven, but appears they have taken pieces from the original hood to allow for the custom cabinets to appear as the hood (glue-on faux stainless on the underside frame around the fan opening). Also, the wiring from the switch to the fan was exposed (didn't pass the town inspection). I had the wiring changed so it went behind the wood frame and isn't exposed. I still have an opening where the fan is- approx 14"x20". I would like to put a screen/grill so this looks more finished (and I have something to catch the grease!

I have no idea what this is called and have had no luck searching for some obvious names. I know this has to be heat resistant.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
