I have a Samsung RB195BSSB Refrigerator. The water line to fill the ice tray for the icemaker is freezing up. I've replaced the water line with the heater, and the line is still freezing. I am not getting voltage to the heater of the water line. Could someone please link me to a schematic or tell me what the issue may be? Is there a breaker or fuse in line with this heater?

I've found the schematic.. back of the fridge. Anyway, found both thermal switches, or what look to be similar to fusible links, and both are fine. I've determined I'm not getting power to my ice maker filling line. I've ordered a new main board, hoping that will fix the problem.

Really disappointed with the lack of feedback in the forum.
