The dryer heats up and then it gets cold. I checked the glow plug and it is working, we also checked all venting and it is all clean and clear of any lint. When we let it cool down then the gas will kick on and starts to dry but then shuts off. Please let me know what to do I have an ohm meter but not sure how to use it to test elec. parts.

Replace the two coils on top of the gas valve. It would be hard to confirm this because it is an intermitting problem but I have seen this sort of problem several times and it is always the coils.
