Refrigerator is warm,freezer is cold. took back off back panel of freezer, checked heater and thermostat and are ok. Condenser fan does not run,checked for 115ac volt nothing at where the fan plugs into. Is this voltage controlled by the JAZZ module? I appreciate your help! Thank you

See the attachment for the tech sheet. It is for a DEB3.

Yes the fan is controlled by the jazz board but the compressor seems to be running so the condenser fan should be running. They are wired in parallel.

Or are you confusing the condenser fan with the evaporator/freezer fan.
The evaporator fan is also controlled from the jazz board but has it's own line.

Perhaps try running the diagnostics.
