Here are the photos, sorry I did not get them posted soon.
If you still need help with it after others look at the photos I will take a closer look myself tonight. Little short on time this afternoon.

Do the wires have any letters on them?

Thank you very much for posting the photos! I have had no replys yet...I did speak to the frigidaire people and they tell me that the UAN series are WASHING MACHINES...I double checked and there is no question that my dryer is UAN8324-80B...any further info would help a lot! In any case your help is greatly appreciated. It's good that the weather in Detroit has been hot and sunny as I'm drying clothes outside.

Not sure if we have one around, but I will see if I can find one in the junk pile to take a look at.

Would have been nice if you took photos of it before you pulled the wires off. :)

Now why didn't I think of that!!!!
I REALLY appreciate the help so far but I'm still stuck.
Just to review for any new lookers.
A..I'm an idiot
B..It's a Wards (Frigidaire?) gas dryer from 1986, Model # UAN (SERIES)8324-80B, Timer control # Q630114
C..I removed all the wires from the timer motor, start button and temperature control thinking I had a wiring diagram from years ago when I fixed the dryer. I didn't look first...hence I'm an idiot!
D..The pictures are posted a few comments back, I'd add them here but I can't figure it out.
E..There are no letters or indication as to how they match up to the controls.
F..The wires are color coded as shown in the picture a few comments back.
G..I am a radio personality in Detroit whom they allow to run multi million dollar equipment and talk on the air, however I AM AN IDIOT.
H..Whether on not I am able to find the answer to my problem...not the idiot problem, the dryer problem...I WILL work in this site on the air as very helpful if you're, like me, an idiot.
I..HELP

Thanks
John

There is one less spade on the replacement timer for this unit. What does this mean? Could it mean the wire that has no terminal second connector is to be omitted from the wiring harness on the replacement timer?
thanks!!!

The wiring is still attached. I noted the difference when comparing old and the new before installation. The new timer does not have a spade for one end of a wire that is on the old timer. There is a "bridge" between the locations on the new that is not on the old. I am wondering if this is the manufactor's way of eleminating this short 3" wire. Thanks

I am in the process of replacing a bad timer and I also have wiring issues.
Look on the back of the timer. There should be either one or two letters next to each terminal on the timer. The same letters should appear on the individual wires, Assuming this is the original timer.
