A model number may help others help you.

Get the model number then go to the Whirlpool website. You should be able to download the operator's manual and it should tell you how to remove the door from the oven.

You did not give a model number in your original post and still have not given one!!!!

Whirlpool makes more than one oven and they do have differences.

You asked for help and I gave you what I could think of with the limited info you provided.

Perhaps someone else will jump in who can give you the info you want, I know that I cannot.
Also I just volunteer my time on this forum trying to help a few people save a few dollars as do most of the other regular posters.

Perhaps you should put is a request for a service call with either Whirlpool or a local repair shop.
The first question they will probably ask is what is the make and model of the unit and will be happy to come out and charge you $50.00 t0 $100.00.
