Hello
We owned the GE profiles, but lately the ADJUST FREEZER TEMP and the ADJUST REFRIGERATOR TEMP is acting up and not working property, instead of 0 degree (freezer) and 37 degrees(refrigerator) recomented, but it jumped to 30 and 45 degrees, all the food items in freezer is softing now, please help me to solve this problem, I do not know what to do,, please help me

If the evaporator coils behind the back panel of the freezer are icing up because of auto defrost failure that will stop the circulation of cold air and eventually affect the freezer too.

check defrost heater, defrost thermostat. Refrigerator Repair Guide: How To Fix a Refrigerator - ACME HOW TO.com

If the heater and thermostat are ok it’ll be the control.
