I purchased a replacement upper dishrack, #3369903, for my whirlpool dishwasher from FSP parts. The package of attachment parts did not contain a set of instructions for assembly as the lower rack did , #8193771. The attachment parts are much different than the original, therefore I need some assistance on figuring out how to assemble the bag of parts. The picture you have in your system of Part #3369903 shows a page of instructions in the bag. Please help with some instructions!!!!

IT would be nice to know how to assemble this bag of seemingly unrelated parts.

I too am having problems installing the upper dishwasher rack 3369903. I got a PDF from your site marked 8194593 1/07. It does not match my new rack and I can't get the adjustable support arms installed. There is interference from the rack frame wire on the lower outside. The photos are not my new rack. Do you have a better instruction for my part? Thanks!

Mine was also a little different. but if I set up the higher wall side as front, then the whole parts assembled and I was able to install it into my washer.

The Service Matters link suggested by this Site leads to a dead website. See my note, above.

Dear Richard,

The correct instruction sheet for the upper rack part# 3369903 is the above literature pdf#8194593 provided by the manufacturer Whirlpool.

If you did not receive the same rack pictured in the instructions please call us toll free at 1-877-477-7278 just in case you received a mispack.

Thank You
