Washer will fill and aggitate but will not drain. Timer works good on all cycles but appears to stop after the wash cycle. Knob rotates and feels ok. Removed pump and it's clear and rotates freely. Checked motor and it rotates freely.

Most likely the problem with your washer is a bad lid switch (#11 on the top & cabinet break down diagram).

Open the control panel, unplug the lid switch connector and check continuity. With the lid closed the lid switch should be closed. Replace if it's open.
