this unit is eating up clothes! I beleive too much play in drum. no access at rear. how do I do this job? will i have to remove front door and panel assy then drum? or is there another easy way or am i just barking at the wrong tree.:rolleyes:

I cannot speak specifically to your model, but generally on these Frigidaires you can releast the front panel by inserting a screwdriver in the space between the front and top and releasing the clips that are near each end. This will enable you to take off the front, by lifting out and disconnecting the lid switch.

You can then remove the top and this should give you access to the drum and your problem.

No, the drum will come out the front. You will see this when you open it up.

To remove the drum you will need to release the belt, which can be done from an access panel in the rear.
