Is it possible to only have a Relay and not a Overload Protector?

I was able to locate the Relay, which is a solid state relay on my fridge, Where can I get the SSR tested?
I cannot see the Overload Protector, is it possible to not have one on a fridge?
Here is what I see under my fridge:
Wiring Harness-->2 round things on top of these plastic things with tubes coming out for water-->Connection to a Fan-->Connection to the relay and some flat piece connected to the motor for the red wire to connect.
Sorry, if this is not very technical terms, I am a computer geek by trade.

Nevermind, I went over the part list and realized that they have 2 pieces at the bottom. You can delete this thread.
