Water is going into fridge but not coming to door or icemaker.
Do I need to replace water valve?

Do you hear the water valve noise when you try the water dispenser. Check the wire screen filter in the supply line where it hooks to the water inlet valve.

Yes I do hear the water valve noise. If I wiggle the valve the water does work at times. I will check the screen. Thank you
