Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 5/29/2009(UTC) Posts: 1		We have ordered part # AP4012913 (mfg. 12500039) through your call center today. This is the 6" element for our glass-top, downdraft cooktop. We do not have a user manual or installation sheet to illustrate how we gain access to the interior of the cooktop. Can you provide instructions on how to access the cooktop so that we have the instructions when we receive the element. Thank you.
