Bought a 'floor model' of this nice double wall oven.
The top oven doubles as oven and microwave. It has a motorized door latch that won't allow the oven/microwave functions if it is not latched properly.
It seems to work OK until the Microwave function is used then next time the door won't latch properly (can hear the latch motor cycling over and over - but no latch). Has been 'fixed' several times with only transient relief. Can anyone advise on the best permanent solution - then I'll try it myself?

This tri-mode oven is one of most complicated ever made domestic ovens. I would not recommend to fix it yourself unless you do have very good experience.

Many thanks. My wife saw your reply - so there's no way I'm trying this now. I'm off to find a pro. Thanks again.
