The freezer works great on this GE side by side, but the fridge is freeing the milk and veggies. Is this a temp sensor problem and is it in a place where I can fix it?

Part 426 the damper control and 242 the sensor are part of the fridge temp regulating system. See if the damper moves open and shutReplacement parts for GE GSS20IEPCWW | AppliancePartsPros.com when you adjust the fridge temp.
