KitchenAid side by side KSRG22FKSS03
The refrigerator won’t cool. I’ve removed the metal evaporator cover inside the freezer, removed the rear cardboard cover and cleaned the condenser coils.
When the unit is plugged in the compressor runs but the evaporator coil stays slightly cool but not freezing. After running a bit the compressor is very warm to the touch (I can put my hand on it but it becomes very uncomfortable quickly) and it cycles on every few minutes. It only runs about 15 seconds and cuts off. The evaporator coil never gets much below room temperature.
Also both the evaporator fan and condenser fan are running continually.
Is my compressor shot?

The first thing I would do is replace the compressor start relay with the overload (#13 on the diagram). If it would not help then the compressor itself has to be replaced.
