I accidently broiled when the top door of my double oven was open and triggered the high temperature override. Last time this happened, i called a repairman and it cost me $100 to have him push the reset button.

Where is the reset button that I need to push.

For anyone reading this and having the same problem....I got the problem resolved. The high temperature override button is in the compartment where the mechanical mechanism is for the upper door latch. Take out the screws holding the panel that the door latch comes through and remove the panel...as yo look inside, to the left of the door latch mechanism is a red button. TURN OFF THE POWER then push the red button to reset it. It will save you a house call.

By the way, I spoke with Dacor and then indicated that they get LOTS of calls about the oven not working after broiling and/or oven cleaning. They don't seem to be too interested in making the reset button either more accessable or telling anyone where it is.
