Our range has been acting up more and more. The power would frequently flash off and the display would reset itself. Sometimes it completely blanked and would not power up without pressing the buttons. Sometimes it would take multiple attempts to get it running but eventually it would fail again. The display is now blank but the buttons beep, the oven lights, and the stove lights. I am getting +5VDC to the main board and -30VDC on the -20V line. The AC line gives me 2.4VAC.
It looks like the control panel is dead but is my power supply also shot? Replacing both takes me about half way to the cost of a new oven. Are supply outputs in line? Need some help, thanks.

The first thing I would check is how good is the ground to the range.
Per your description most likely the problem is a bad control board, but because I do not have the low voltage chart I can not tell you if the power supply board is bad too.
Gene.
