In-door water dispenser will not dispense water.

Water leaks from the bottom of the refrigerator when you activate the dispenser button.

I can hear the normal sound the dispenser makes when it dispenses water.

Thanks - Gord

If you have a water filter, it may need replaced. If not look behind the crisper at the water reservoir to see if it's leaking there and dripping down.

I did replace the filter but it did not help.

A few more questions - If a line or tank was frozen would there be water leaked onto the floor after attempting to get the dispenser to work?

If the problem is a solenoid would I hear the "pump" being operational when I attempt to use it? Or would it be silent?

Thanks for your help.
