The water supply tube coming into the back of the fridge has a little pinhole leak in it and needs to be replaced. However I can't get the tubing out of the little blue thing on the back of the fridge. Can someone tell me how to fix this? Does the blue thing need to be replaced too? Or would this repair best be performed by a service call? Thanks a lot!!

If it's a plastic tube and don't have a threaded fitting, you slide and hold the little (blue?) ring on the valve toward the valve and the tube should come out and you just slide the end back in to replace.

The tube is NOT threaded... we hooked it back up last week and it keeps coming off and shooting water out? Is there a threaded replacement?:( Thanks

There should be a brass or plastic furl on the tube plus a lock nut that goes over the furl and tightens to the "blue" thing.
