There is water leaking in the bottom left corner front of the fridge, ice builds up in the bottom of freezer compartment, water leakes from bottom of cold water reservoir when dispenser is used, but only then, I've turned off the incoming water supply valve, cleaned the drain pan, and defrosted, and cleaned the bottom grill and condenser fan. The water still leaks out at intervals at the bottom front left corner (freezer side), I pulled the reservoir out, but cannot see any leaks or cracks (possible hairline crack, which only leaks when dispenser used, possible pressure problem, maybe bad water line connection to the reservoir?), there has to be another issue causing the buildup and water leaking in the front. Can't see anything obvious.

If you have a water filter it may need changing.

Your descriptions don' fit anything I've heard of but just in case i'll suggest this. Your drain tube may be stopped up with ice at the upper end because it drains too slow because it's stopped up at the lower end in the evaporator pan under the unit at the floor. It can get dust and mold in it. Once you get the ice out at the top a little air pressure will usually clear it out. Flushing it out with hot water and clorox may help. Make sure it drains quick enough. The drain should be located below the evaporator coils on the lower back of the freezer
