I am trying to remove my dishwasher from under the counter. It gets about half way out and gets stuck. There is a screw underneath where I can raise something up/down under the washer. I have tried it both ways. If I screw it down, it sticks solid, if I screw it up, I can move it about half way out.

nyone know how to get past this problem?

thanks in advance.

Was the unit put in after the counter was installed? If so, which should be the case, then if was pushed in there must be a way to get it out. Are you sure there's not something else stopping the progress, like a water supply pipe, or drain connection or electrical connection that needs to be disconnected first?
