Will not empty, cannot drain, and it is making a ticking noise along with a sound that sounds like it is winding down....please give me any advice you can on how to repair. We think it may be a water pump. thanks

If not here's a breakdown of your machine. Replacement parts for WHIRLPOOL RTW4340SQ0 \| AppliancePartsPros.com Most likely the coupler, located between the pump and motor wore out. you can raise the top and remove the front panel to access the interior of the machine.
