GE Profile PDW8280J03SS, I put it in the rinse cycle, fills and drains no problem, but the wands don't spin.
I can see the motor/pump rotor does not spin. I can see that it tries to turn when I apply power or when I put it in service mode for the motor/pump, but it does not spin.
I took the motor out and cannot get it to spin when I apply 120V to it.
Does this pump generate the water pressure that flows up and forces the wands to spin?
If that is true, I believe that I need a new motor/pump (mechanism assembly) to replace this one.
Please help, my wife is going crazy eating off paper plates.
