Hope you can help, Freezer is working ok although some ice on food. Below in refregerator section at first water accumulated on bottom shelves and ice formed above shelves. Now refregerator section has turned warm and all ice has melted. Vents from freezer had iced over but removed it with hair dryer. Any advice appreciated

The first thing I would check is a frost built up on the back panel in the freezer.

Also it could be a clogged and frozen drain in the freezer.

Check for the frost built up and post your findings.
