Look to see if the augur is actually turning. If it is you may have clogged ice in the tunnel where the ice goes. Does your door flap open. Do you hear the motor but the augur doesn't turn.

Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 5/16/2009(UTC) Posts: 3		When I do that I can hear the auger turning, I have check to see if there is ice clog but I have clean out the ice and allowed it to make some more but the seems that the auger is not catching on to the back of the ice tray that pushs the ice
