Having problems with ice maker, have checked selenoid valves and water lines, it will deliver water through the door and ice if we add it, but the water that should be delivered to the ice tray comes out the door?

The water inlet valve may be defective letting the water go the wrong way. Does the water still go to the water dispenser.

or are the two wires on each water inlet valve swapped. if so Swap them back and it should work.
