i have a kenmore elite microwave that just went dead one day so i replaced the door switches the fuse and the hv diode put it back together it came on i tried to use it and the diode poped i replaced it same thing happen what else could it be? keypad etc?

My kenmore elite microwave is also totally dead. I suspect the door switch & fuse must be replaced. How did you remove the two screws in back that look like Torx screws but have a pin in the center of the hole preventing use of a regular Torx screwdriver?
