2 problems I need help with.

A) Dishes are getting clean, but takes around 3 hours. Water temp out of kitchen sink is around 125 degrees. Is it reasonable, with such a low tap degree, that it would take this long to cycle through on normal?

B) After the dishes run, there is a brown gunk around the the base of the unit and also behind the silverware tray. Any suggestions as to what they may be/ what I can do to prevent that?

Thank you all in advance for your help!

Remove the torq screws from the upper pump cover and look for a clogged grill on top of the pump half round cover. Also, check the chopper inside the pump cover, may be clogged or busted. Part # 3039185. If you have a lot of soap residue, dump a gallon of vinegar in the tub and do a normal wash cycle. if grease, you will need to use comet abraise cleanser to remove.
