I recently turned off the ice maker on my GE PSC23NGPAWW side-by-side refrigerator in order to clean out the bin, and after turning the ice maker back on, it's been 72 hours and no ice. The green light is on solid.

Any suggestions of things to look for? I've tried power cycling the ice maker and fiddling with the feeler arm.

Do I need a new ice maker?

Is there ice in the ice mold? If not manually fill it with water and see if it starts cycling when it dumps the ice.

There does seem to be at least some ice in the ice mold. I tried manually adding water, to the point where it started to overflow. The water that I added is frozen now, but it hasn't dumped the ice yet.

I've also tried turning the ice maker off, waiting 30 seconds, turning it back on, and then pushing the feeler arm in three times, as I've read in a few places, but nothing happens.

Thanks in advance for any other suggestions!
