We had a bit of a flood (water from above) and, since then, the washer will fill with water but it sits there then shuts off. I think it may drain a little but it doesn't drain all the way. The cycle is really short, too, but no spinning or agitating or any attempt to move. What is the first thing I should do to try to troubleshoot this thing? I can't find any service manuals or anything. Thanks in advance!

Possible the drain pump got damaged as well. An envelope with the tech sheets suppose to be behind the front bottom access panel. - The part number for the speed control board is AP3967975 - The part number for the drain pump is AP4359940 Gene.
