Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 12/6/2007(UTC) Posts: 11		I am trying to remove the old agitater from my washer and am having trouble. I have pulled the top part off and have exposed the center of the agitater. In the center all that is there is a shaft with no nut, threads or locking pin that I can see. Does anyone have a clue how to remove this?

If agitator is stuck or stubborn use two agitator hooks under bottom edge of agitator. - The part number for the hooks AP2405125 - Here are the break down diagrams for the Amana washer Model ALW895SAW Gene.
