I sent my first post on 9/24 and never received a reply. Please answer as soon as possible. I have been without a working stove since then. Thanks. Model: GE XL44 range (serial #VL142389P) Problem: When I turn on the burners, oven, and broiler I hear the clicking sound, but it is not igniting. What's been done so far: Called the gas company. The gas company repair man says I have gas coming to my range regulator but not to the stove, oven, or broiler. Contacted your company for a regulator but my model number is not an exact match for the number shown online (JGBS17GER5 instead of JGBS17GER5WG). Customer Service directed me to contact this forum to 1) verify that the information I received from the gas company is correct and if yes, 2) verify that the regulator recommended online is the right one (part # AP2022757).

Sissabby, Apologies for the delay in a response to you. Based on your post, you apparently have a clogged or "locked up" pressure regulator. I presume the gas company representative, checked for a gas supply at the one of the top burner gas valve with a manometer and found no gas pressure at the valve orifice, indicating the regulator issue. Part number : Part number: AP2022757
Is the correct part to order for your version of that style range (the WG is a color designation) and you should be up and running in no time. Thanks and Good Luck, :) :) :)
