Circulating fan in freezer seems to run more then it should so put remote thermometer in freezer compartment and set temperature control at A to E at A freezer goes down to 4.8 F when refigerator stops running and fan seems to run more then it should refrigerator compartment is working all right what controls the problem in the freezer?

Is a the coldest or warmest setting? The temp in a freezer should be from 5 to 10 degrees for proper ice making etc. so yours is about right. Does the compressor and condenser fan near the compressor also run when the freezer(evaporator) fan is running and does it cut off at the same time.

Yes everything shuts off at same time.
