Admiral Washer out of balance and beating itself to death. I have leveled the Washer but no matter what I try (besides adjusting the load every time I hear the problem) nothing seems to work. Any suggestions or advice as to how to cure the problem? Can anyone provide a link to where I might find useful documentation on this unit?

Thanks,

Bryan

It seems unlikely this is an unbalanced load problem. It is probably something in the support/suspension for machine.

I think you are going to have to examine the machine running with the front panel off. I believe on that model you have two screws at the bottom which come out and then the front panel swings out, or you have two clips at the bottom which can be disengaged with a putty knife, and the front panel swings out.

Examine and test the basket and see if you can determine the problem. If not, start the machine and observe it when it is shaking.

Good luck, and post what you find.
