The front of my touch pad control panel gets very hot to the touch. I just replaced the touch pad panel with a new unit and i am afraid that it is getting way to hot and will burn it up. I took the back off the oven and noticed that the cooling fan never came on even though i had the oven on 400 degrees for one hour. the fan does work when plugged into a wall out let.

Any ideas
