Walls are cold but ice cream/sherbets/foods are defrosting. Last night I turned the dial all the way cold but that hasn't helped. A couple of months ago the ice maker stopped dispensing ice and now this. Thank you to whomever can help Anariz

Replacement parts for WHIRLPOOL GD25DFXFB03 SIDE-BY-SIDE REFRIGERATOR \| AppliancePartsPros.com You have to do more troubleshooting. Turn the thermostat back to mid scale. Does the compressor cycle or does it run continuously? You can usually hear it when it is on but also you should be able to feel it vibrating and it should be warm. Is the evaporator (freezer) fan running. It is required for proper cooling in the unit. If the compressor is on all the time, remove the cover in the freezer so you can inspect the evaporator coils. If heavily iced/frosted over you have a defrost problem. If little or no frost you may have a sealed system problem.
