Have manuel & diagrams in front of me need to know what to order in parts to repair this fridge that freezer fan running but fridge barely cool and freezer not freezing. Can you suggest part or action please.

A little diagnostics first. Check to see if the condenser fan at the back underneath the fridge is running.
Is the compressor motor near that fan running.
Are the coils warm ,cold or hot.



Below the evaporator fan is the evaporator coils. Remove the back cover in the freezer to observe the frost pattern. stopped up? clear? ice in one spot . frost everywhere.

Most likely it's all iced up. If so check defrost heater, defrost thermostat

If they are ok the problem is your defrost control

An Kemmore 363. Made By Ge. Good Chance You Have An Defrost Problem. The Defrost Heaters Go Bad Alot With These Uints.
