The bake element went out for the first time last week so I replaced it. The stove top and broil work but the bake element doesn't heat up. It has not given any error codes. It appears that both of the open frame relays on the display board are working properly. Is there another part that would keep the bake element from working even though the broil element works?

I would suspect one of the terminal connectors to the element came loose during installation. If you have a meter, take the back off and turn on the bake element and check your voltage at both terminals. You should have approx 240 volts AC. If you are only getting 120 volts AC, then you have a voltage source problem, if you have the 240 volts AC but no heat, you have an element problem.
