We've had our new front loader set :) for under a month and sometimes the washer will apparently pause on its own. We come in to transfer from the washer to the dryer and find that the washer is in pause mode and has not finished, or not started, the rinse cycle.
When this happens the "door lock" light will be the only light "on" on the control panel and when you press the start/pause button the display comes on and says "PAU". Pressing the start/pause button again the display says "23", which I believe is the time remaining for the cycle, and the washer will begin the rinse cycle and finish. It doesn't do it all the time maybe every third load or so. I've read through the operators manual and don't find anything that would indicate this is an operator selected function. Any ideas?

If the washer is less than a year old then do not do anything and call Frigidaire for the warranty service.

Will do. I just wanted to make sure it wasn't something that I was doing wrong operating the unit before I make the call. Thanks for your quick response.
