Sudden loss of control lights, the controls seem to do nothing, the outlet is good.
How can I tell if it is the door latch, CCU panel or other?

Use a meter to see if you are getting power to the control unit. If so, the control unit is likely the problem. Under the top are a set of tech notes that can also help you test things.
